The valve cover is responsible for sealing the internal workings of the engines' top end. Most vehicles require a replacement gasket at some point or another and newer models have plastic valve covers that get brittle and crack with age.
This Rein valve cover kit includes a new valve cover assembly, oil cap, and a vent hose. Over time, valve cover gaskets can fail, and plastic valve covers can warp and become brittle, leading to cracks. If your valve cover has cracked or warped, replace it early to prevent leaks and further valvetrain damage.
