With CNC machined serviceable/cleanable nozzle inserts for precise fluid metering. Choose single or dual nozzles and match the flow rate to your power needs! Water/Methanol Injection (WMI) nozzles are determined by the intended power and how many bungs your charge pipe has. These nozzles are 1/8” NPT and screw in to bungs included on most aftermarket charge pipes. BMS "super atomizing" nozzles are designed and manufactured by BMS and are known for their great atomization and flow characteristics. The number on the methanol injection nozzle represents the approximate gallons per hour of fluid when at full flow. Generally speaking running two smaller nozzles is preferred to one larger nozzle for an equal flow to improve fluid atomization and distribution.

The factory charge pipe is made from plastic to reduce weight and manufacturing costs. While this is great for the production line and the sticker price, it doesn't hold up well as the engine ages or in the case of increased power. Replacing the weak plastic stock part with a solid aluminum one like this will ensure proper functionality under higher levels of boost and eliminate wear caused by the heating and cooling of plastic pipes. This charge pipe from FTP motorsports will not only improve flow over stock but also make a big improvement in the reliability column. Smooth radius bends allow for the cleanest path for air to travel as well as increased diameter which allows a larger volume of compressed air to be ingested. Additionally, an pre-machined meth bung allows for the addition of this system at the point of installation or at a later date. Because the CSF #8300 is the same overall design as the CSF #8200 with some small design adjustments to fit the Gen 1 B58, there is no question that it will perform. The Gen 2 B58 “Super Manifold” (CSF #8200) has been real-world tested and proven in some of the most extreme motorsport competitions around the world. It has stood up to the rigors of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Global Time Attack competitions, and Texas 2K drag racing, just to name a few. In addition, it has also been dyno-proven on many vehicles pushing over 1000 whp. While there are countless features and details to show just how superior the CSF Manifold is, real-world examples speak louder than words. Disclaimer: CSF pressure tests each #8300 manifold at 60-70 PSI for a period of 2-3 minutes during the Quality Control and Inspection process. The CSF manifold is not designed to operate above 60 PSI. Any users who chose to operate their vehicle with the CSF manifold over 60 PSI does so at their own risk. Operation at these pressure levels will void the CSF Limited 2 Year Warranty.
