Designed with precision, this product is tailor-made for BMW Mini Cooper S vehicles featuring N14 engines, focusing on Gen 2 Cooper S (2007-2010) and JCW (2009-2012) editions equipped with electronically controlled bypass valves.
This alloy hard pipe fits to the throttle body and incorporates dual high flow Blow off valves. These new valves, fresh from our R&D department are the largest displacement valves that Forge have ever made ! Featuring a 50mm (2”) aluminium pistons so that there are no issues with split diaphragms, we have not found the power handling limits of these valves yet ! The pistons uses heat stabilised viton o-rings and high temperature Mobil 1 grease to ensure a long life with minimal wear and very long service intervals.
All parts are included in the kit, for your installation, along with comprehensive instructions.

After a quick and simple install, you can expect temperature drops of 25 degrees Celsius. Lower temperatures leave room for more power and less heat soak thanks to a larger cooler charge. This intercooler features a bar and plate design core, featuring overall larger dimensions that improves cooling ability in comparison to the stock intercooler.
