This braided stainless steel line replaces the stock hydraulic hose connecting your clutch slave cylinder to the clutch master cylinder. There are several deficiences with rubber, especially as it ages - when new the rubber expands and swells under pressure and the pedal can feel spongy. As rubber ages and is exposed to extreme temperatures the rubber can harden and even shrink (common on brake hoses), which results in a stiff pedal. Rubber clutch lines do not stand up to the stresses of hard use. ECS Exact-Fit stainless reinforced clutch lines provide more confident and dependable shifting by maintaining consistent line pressure, long lasting corrosion resistance, and increased protection from failure. These lines are reinforced with braided stainless steel mesh, affording superior expansion resistance. This resistance to expansion creates a firmer pedal, and a more direct clutch pedal feel. Our Turner Performance Adjustable Clutch Pedal is a rigid design that gives you the ability to fully adjust your clutch feel and performance. With both upper and lower adjustments this is the best pedal on the market to fine tune your clutch pedal just the way you like it. The upper eccentric provides an adjustable pedal ratio to fine tune clutch pedal effort(how heavy the pedal feels). The lower adjustment is to change the position of the clutch assist spring, this allows you to choose where the clutch assisting spring engages. Changing where the spring engages will move the area of tension on your clutch from lower, middle to higher for maximum adjustment.

Your race car no longer needs to have a clutch that makes the car undriveable on the street. Your track car can now be your daily driver or weekend cruiser.

Lightweight flywheels have proven themselves to be a worthwhile performance enhancement. But with the quicker throttle response and horsepower improvement comes one serious drawback: flywheel chatter. Without the dual-mass flywheel's rubber isolators, a lightweight aluminum flywheel has more rattle than stock. ECS has designed this flywheel using chrom-moly steel and it weighs almost ten pounds less than the stock DMF but not as extreme as full aluminum flywheels. The steel helps dampen vibration and noise so you get near-factory refinement and most of the benefits of a lightweight flywheel: quicker throttle response, better reliability, and more power to the wheels. This flywheel requires the E34 M5 sprung hub clutch kit.

Modern flywheels are built with additional components that are designed to dampen and minimize vibrations from the engine and transmission. Weight has increased and reliability has decreased. With additional weight more energy is required for it to move. A lightweight flywheel does away with the dual mass design and its additional mass so more energy can be diverted to where it counts most - moving the car. The flywheel and clutch is one of the first areas that engine builders address when making the rotating assembly lighter for race engines. The dampening effect is just not needed on cars that are focused on performance. And with a single-mass flywheel the unreliable DMF design is eliminated.

Designed for F and G-Chassis manual BMWs, this kit makes removing the hydraulic restrictor safe, simple, and reliable, no slave cylinder removal required.

Most modern BMWs come from the factory with a plastic slave cylinder featuring a CDV, intended to smooth engagement and reduce driveline shock for less experienced drivers. In practice, this restrictor can dull pedal feedback, slow shifts, and increase clutch wear. Removing it restores the sharp, direct clutch feel that BMW enthusiasts expect.

Removal and Installation:

Disconnect the Clutch Line
Remove the clutch line from the slave cylinder to access the factory clutch delay valve.
Remove the Restrictor Plate
Thread the removal tool into the center of the small grommet. Once engaged, carefully pull the tool to remove the grommet and restrictor plate. The small rubber sealing O-ring will come out along with the plate.
Reinstall the O-Ring
Place the rubber O-ring onto the installation tool. Insert the tool into the slave cylinder to properly seat the O-ring in its original position.
Reconnect and Bleed the Clutch
Reattach the clutch line, add fluid, and bleed the system according to your manufacturer’s instructions.
