The Black Forest Industries Billet Knob weighs in at 8.8oz (250g), about twice as much as a stock knob and a little heaver than the BMW ZHP knob. The heavier knob amplifies the pendulum motion of the shift lever resulting in smoother and faster shift times. BFI has designed this knob for BMW and VW fitments to fit snug on the shift lever and be secured with Allen set screws. They were careful to reduce tolerances compared to universal knobs. This Akrapovic Evolution exhaust improves upon the stock exhaust system of the BMW M240i in numerous areas. The first visible improvement is the additional power of 6.5 HP (at 5500 rpm) and 12.6 Nm (at 3000 rpm). The range between 2.000 rpm and 3.500 rpm was particularly improved.
