The MACH Force XP exhaust system for the 2011-2015 BMW 535i N55 produced 9 horsepower and 7 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.50” mandrel bent 304 stainless steel, TIG-welded and has a hand brushed finish. The system begins with a 3.50” inlet off of the down pipe and merges into dual 2.50” tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. Countless hours of R&D was used to ensure the perfect decibal level without compromising performance. To finish off this exhaust are two adjustable rolled double wall angle cut 3.5"OD 304 stainless steel tips which you can move forward or rearward depending on personal preference. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle free installation. No modifications necessary.

Placing resonators after cat-less downpipes will help tune the sound from the S63TU engine. By removing the factory catted downpipes you're removing a large sound muffler as well and adding resonators can help tone down the open exhaust. These Supersprint resonators are for both banks of the exhaust (left and right). They are full stainless steel with a mandrel bent pipe for optimized exhaust flow. The Supersprint resonators have been tuned to work with the rest of their exhaust.

Dinan sport mufflers are designed to compliment the M5 and not overpower the driver and passengers with harsh tones. Dinan engineers their exhausts to sound great and be a natural fit to the character of the car as well as produce more power and torque. Four 3.5" stainless tips engraved with the Dinan logo fill out the rear valence (choose either polished or satin black tips). Annoying highway drone has also been engineered out of the system. Dinan uses only 304 stainless steel in their systems for the maximum corrosion protection. This system replaces the factory rear mufflers at a pre-determined cut point on the stock exhaust, which makes for an easy installation and you can reinstall your original mufflers using factory hardware. The F10 M5 is one of the most impressive road cars ever created and the Akrapovic Evolution exhaust is the perfect enhancement. The new M TwinPower Turbo M5 has been a welcome challenge to the Akrapovi? R&D department, which is responsible for developing truly amazing exhaust system that offer more power, weighs less, and have an EC type-approval stamp at the same time.
The new Evolution exhaust system consists of newly developed dual-outlet mufflers with exhaust valves, flow-optimized pipes, and a unique cast titanium X-shaped part with resonators. The X-pipe, valves, and flange assembly are produced in our foundry. To top off this work of art, we've got polished titanium and aerospace-grade carbon fiber tail pipes to choose from.
The Evolution system lowers the back pressure and gives the M5 more power and torque through the whole range of rpms. It increases responsiveness. The Evolution system offers an even greater difference in weight, improving the power-to-weight ratio. Gains are achieved without removing the catalytic converters. While developing this system, we especially focused on sound. An M5 with the Evolution system delivers a deep, aggressive roar when driven hard, coaxing bangs out of the unique tail pipes when shifting and going off the throttle. To top it all off, the Evolution system is drone free and works well with the M5's Active Noise Cancellation system - just like the valve system, which is regulated through the M5's settings. Not for sale outside the US or Canada.

This center x-pipe fits between the Supersprint section 1 and section 2 pieces. Having an x-pipe equalizes and balances the exhaust gases coming from both banks of cylinders. It helps make the exhaust flow more efficient. The stock exhaust doesn't have this which makes this piece a nice added feature to your Supersprint system. Requries adapter sleeve listed below.
