BMW B46 B48 B58 Motiv ReFlex 0-10 Bar Pressure Sensor is designed for accurate measurement of fluid and air pressure in high-performance applications. Ideal for monitoring a variety of pressures including fuel, boost, coolant, and oil, this sensor provides crucial data for optimizing vehicle performance.

Featuring a 2-Pin DTM connector, this sensor offers a direct plug-and-play connection to the ReFlex+ harness, ensuring a seamless integration with flash platforms via CANbus. Each ReFlex+ unit can support up to two of these sensors, allowing for comprehensive monitoring.

For optimal installation, consider using the 3/8 Female to 3/8 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8" NPT port on an ethanol sensor or the 5/16 Female to 5/16 Male SAE Quick Disconnect Adapter with a 1/8" NPT port on a factory fuel line. Please note that the ethanol sensor is not included.

The N54/N55 are the powerhouses of BMW, one of the most common tuning platforms, and a fan favorite for spirited driving. Being an N54/N55 owner you know that oil temps can get out of hand leaving you with an anxious feeling and the needle a little too close to the red on your gauge cluster. What if you could get the oil flowing faster, maintain lower temperatures, and still have proper engine warm-up?

Upgrade your N54/N55 engine with our Billet oil cooler housing, replacing the underperforming factory-cast aluminum unit. Out goes the factory 110-degree Celsius (230F) thermostat, replaced by our 70-degree Celsius (158F) counterpart. This new thermostat triggers oil flow a significant 72 degrees Fahrenheit earlier than the factory version. This early flow translates into prolonged lower oil temperatures for both the oil cooler and engine, maintaining a happier, healthier engine with consistently lower operating temperatures.

For N54 owners seeking to use the full potential of their tuned or modified engines, our upgraded housing and thermostat are must-have additions, especially for those who frequent the track or enjoy spirited drives on winding roads. Even if you're not pushing your motor to its limits, this upgrade significantly enhances reliability. With rising oil temperatures, the risk of oil breakdown rises, resulting in compromised lubrication, more engine deposits, and increased wear over time. Our upgraded oil cooler housing was designed, engineered, tested, and quality inspected by our Research and Development team at Turner. Nothing but the highest level of precision and quality through leading-edge product development technology including FARO laser scanning for reverse engineering and quality inspection, SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling, rapid prototyping utilizing our in-house 3D printer, and rigorous long-term product testing.

From the factory, BMW S65 valve cover bolts feature integrated non-serviceable grommets. These rubber seals tend to weaken, becoming brittle after years of heat and oil exposure. Replacing these bolts and integrated grommets can total over $280

To address this issue, NRW has developed a solution: a silicone replica of the factory rubber grommet, boasting a superior heat resistance of 170 degrees Celsius compared to the original's 120 degrees Celsius. Each kit contains 26 grommets, enough to service both valve covers.
