Replacing the large suitcase muffler is a pair of 2.5" turbo-style mufflers that shed weight and give a signature sound. The turbo-style muffler features an inner design that refines the exhaust note to perfection. An extraordinary mixture of both volume and frequency. The Mach Force XP cat-back exhaust system produces 11hp and 10lbs. x ft. of torque for your BMW 335i. This exhaust systems is constructed from 2.75" mandrel bent, 304 hand brushed stainless steel and utilizes a unique crossover pipe that helps to equalize exhaust pressure and tunes the exhaust pulse. The system also comes with dual 3.5" polished 304 stainless steel tips and muffler to build a mellow, yet powerful sound. Note: Cutting is required and should be performed by a skilled technician.

All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in our Corona, California manufacturing facility.

Leak-Free Seal:
High quality band clamps are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

Aggressive Sound:
A free-flowing mufflers is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque.

Crossover Balance Tube:
The crossover balance tube equalizes and evenly distributes exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system. This not only creates more efficient flow and better performance, it also reduces sound decibels ultimately minimizing exhaust drone.

2007-2010 E9X 335i

This system is constructed of 2.50" diameter, mandrel bent, TIG-welded, 304 stainless steel, brushed finish tubing and uses all factory mounting locations for an approximate 1 hour install time. In recent testing, this exhaust system produced 12 horsepower and 11 lbs. x ft. of torque. This unique system utilizes 3.5" diameter 304 polished laser etched quad tips that fit perfectly in your stock bumper cutouts.

304 Stainless Steel:
This unique exhaust system uses 2.5" diameter 304 stainless steel that is TIG-welded and has a hand brushed finish.

304 Stainless Steel Polished Quad Tips:
3.5" diameter polished tips are used for and aggressive yet sporty look.

Dual Mufflers:
The dual mufflers consist of a single in, dual out, free flowing design, giving an agressive sound at high RPM's, yet maintaining a suttle tone at cruising speeds.

Uses OE Mounting Locations:
This system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation with no modifications neccessary.
