This disc is a sprung, 6-pad disc that is suited for high horsepower road and track style racing and is also better at handling higher heat versus the 4-pad version of this disc, the G4. The G6 pads are composed of ceramic friction materials and the disc has a chome-moly hub that is heat treated for additional strength under high load engagements. Also featured are heavy duty torsional springs that are rated for the clutch kit's expected uses. Over stock, this clutch kit has a much higher torque capacity and is better for quick shifting thanks to lower weight and inertia. This system is constructed from 100% 304-stainless steel and features adjustable Active Autowerke double walled tips, making it ideal both for 2-door and 4-door models (also allows for cleaner fitment with diffusers).
